State Farm® Insurance Agent Laura Capizzi

Angela is the office manager at our Pine Avenue location. She had previously worked at the Wheatfield location and has over 6 years of experience with the team! She is native to the city with deep roots here. She strives to share her insurance knowledge and values the opportunity to help people protect their homes, vehicles and families. Her favorite role is a mother to her 2 young children and her bird Lolita. Angela's positive attitude and experience is essential to providing superior service to all of our customers!

Alexis is the office manager at our Wheatfield location and has been since the agency opened in 2013! She has over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry and this experience makes her the "go to person" for servicing our existing customers. From policy changes and reviews to coverage questions, Alexis loves sitting down and explaining how each policy works and what it means to each individual. She is licensed in auto, home, business, life and health insurance. Alexis is also available to notarize documents! Outside of the office, Alexis enjoys spending time with her family, especially her adorable granddaughter, her 2 dogs and boating!

Andrea spends her time welcoming new customers to our Pine Ave location! She focuses on helping customer not only with their home and auto insurance needs, but with their businesses as well! Born and raised locally, Andrea is now raising her daughter in Western NY with her husband John. When not working, Andrea is an avid runner and has participated in many marathons and races all over the country! She also likes to hike and stay active. Like all of us at the Laura Capizzi Agency, Andrea has a huge love for animals and currently has 3 rescue dogs and 3 cats!

Annette is our "Front Desk Concierge" with over 5 years of experience at our Pine Avenue location! She will not only greet you with a pleasant smile when you arrive, but can also handle processing payments and scheduling appointments. Annette takes pride in showing our customers just how much they are appreciated! On a side note, Annette has lived in this area her entire life and makes great recommendations to our staff and customers on where to go for lunch! Annette is also life and health licensed to and is excited to offer these products to the community! When Annette is not brightening everyone's day at the office being Laura's favorite employee, she enjoys traveling and photography. Annette also does missionary volunteer work!

Liz focuses on new business acquisition and making sure everyone she meets understands why they should be a customer of the Laura Capizzi Agency.  She is passionate about helping families protect what matters most to them!  In her 10 years of working in the insurance industry, Liz loves knowing that she is capable of not only providing a great price, but proper coverage.  Liz is licensed in auto, home, life and health insurance.  When Liz isn't in the office discussing insurance, you can generally find her at a local restaurant or store supporting small businesses (while handing out a business card or two)!  Liz reserves her time off to spend with her husband and 3 teenagers and enjoys reading a good book in any free time she has.  She also volunteers with the local Kiwanis Club of Wheatfield.
